    Absolutely, Sheriya.com is the online skincare store for Sheriya Beauty Salon. Sheriya.com was started during the pandemic as the salons were closed and our customers find it difficult to get their favorite skincare products, So to make it easy for our customers we started sheriya.com to make it easier for our customers to take care of their skin

  • Who is yout Delivery Partner and how much time do you take to deliver?

    Fastway is the official delivery partner for sheriya.com both for Ireland and Northern Ireland. In usual business conditions, the product is received by the customers within 5-6 working days, but due to Covid there has been some delays

  • What happens if a product I have ordered is out of stock?

    When a product is out of stock at the time of order, you will not be able to add it to your Shopping Cart.


    If the product is able to be ordered, but then happens to be out of stock at our dispatch warehouse, a friendly Customer Service Agent will contact you to offer an alternative choice or perhaps a refund for that item.


    As Sheriya does not offer a backordering system, your order will only be dispatched once it has been completely fulfilled. You may wish to cancel the 'out of stock' item for a full refund, therefore allowing the available items to be dispatched. If a discount code has been used, the refund will be for the amount you paid after the discount was applied. 

  • Are your products online different to in-store?

    We are the real-deal at Sheriya offering genuine products sourced directly from the distributor, manufacturer or from reputable wholesalers. The majority of our suppliers offer guarantees to ensure the products you receive are of equal quality to those which you would find in-store.

  • How long does it normally take to dispatch my goods?

    Orders placed before 1pm, will be sent the same day, unless your product is out of stock allow an extra 24 hours-48 hours. Feel free to email us to confirm that your product is in stock.
