If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If you’re looking to return or refund your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items should not have been opened and any security seals should not have been broken
• Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use
• Returns items must be in the original packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Login to our online portal using your email address,
• choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
• Print the returns note that you will receive by email. Send all items back to us using recorded delivery
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and packing slip included with its original packing.

Returns

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return you must send us an email at shop@sheriya.com stating your order reference and the reason for the return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Charges on Returns

• In case of damaged products, Sheriya.com would either issue a return label or the customer can ship it back to sheriya.com and the cost of return shipping would be included in their refund.

Damaged Products

• In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to shop@sheriya.com

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on any Dermalogica Product returned, for any reason within a 30 day period, If Dermalogica has been recommended by our therapist in our salon.

Dermalogica Returns*

• Before retuning your Dermalogica product to us please contact us via email oninfo@sheriya.com  and a therapist will contact you back and guide you on how to return the product.
• For Products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement straightaway, or a full refund, upon return of the original item.

Dermalogica Refunds* 

• If you are not satisfied with a product, you will be refunded the price you paid for the product, upon return of the original item.
• If the original Product is no longer required we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item delivered in error.

Dermalogica Deliveries*

• If a wrong product is delivered, which is rare, we will dispatch the correct Product straightaway.

Dermalogica Policy*

• Orders should be checked on receipt and any errors must be reported to us by email toshop@sheriya.com within five days of receiving your order, in order to rectify for the issue.
• So that the returned “Products” arrive back to us undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging, with reasonable care. We reserve the right to withhold a refund where return packaging used is adequate.
