The LED Dual Light Technology breaks down and removes stains from the surface of your front teeth, effectively lightening them with each application. How to Use Our Teeth Whitening Kit:

1. Rinse your mouth with fresh water
2. Apply the whitening gel evenly to both the upper and lower areas of the mouthpiece
3. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, gently bite it and turn on the LED light
4. Select the whitening mode you require:
   1. Accelerated whitening (Blue mode: 15 mins), or
   2. Oral hygiene and whitening (Blue & Red mode: 10 mins)
5. Remove the mouthpiece, rinse your mouth well with water
6. Wipe any residual product from the mouthpiece and rinse it thoroughly under running water, then leave to air dry.

Please note that these instructions are simplified, more detailed instructions are provided with your home whitening kit.

Can I use the whitening kit during pregnancy?

No, we do not recommend using teeth whitening kits if you are pregnant, however we can recommend the following products to help whiten your smile: Aloewhite, Ultrawhite toothpaste or the Charcoal Mouthwash.

Can I use this product if I am breastfeeding?

No, we do not recommend using this product if you are breastfeeding, however we can recommend the following products: Aloewhite, Ultrawhite toothpaste or the Charcoal Mouthwash.

I have metal braces, can I use the whitening kit?

Unfortunately this product is not suitable to use if you have metal braces, however once the braces have been removed the product is fine to use. In the meantime, we recommend using the whitening powder and the Charcoal Mouthwash to help whiten your teeth.

Where is your whitening gel made?

What is the active ingredient in your whitening formula?

We use scientifically proven ingredients in our products and the active ingredient in our whitening formula is called PAP, Phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid. The process has no negative side effects and when used according to the instructions, it can effectively whiten your teeth by several shades without pain or sensitivity.

Is the whitening formula safe?

Yes, the Polished London formula is safe and gentle on the teeth and will not cause any damage or sensitivity. Some methods of teeth whitening can cause permanent damage depending on the ingredients used. Negative effects are most commonly seen with Hydrogen Peroxide, which is why we have chosen a peroxide-free formula.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our entire product range is Vegan friendly.

Do you test your products on animals?

No, we do not test any of our products on animals and we are proud to be globally recognised as a Peta approved brand.

Does whitening damage your teeth?

No, Polished London products are not damaging or harmful to teeth, we don't incorporate any abrasives or harmful ingredients into our products and only use clean, safe ingredients that do not damage the tooth enamel.

What percentage of PAP is in your whitening formula?

The Polished London formula contains 18% PAP which is a high concentration of our peroxide-free whitening ingredient, which means lighter shades may be achieved sooner.

Can the LED Kit be used on caps, crowns, bridges and veneers?

Our formula is formulated by UK dentists, however, veneers, caps, implants and bridges aren't designed to be whitened and will require care from your own dentist.

I've had dental work. Can I use this product?

We always recommend checking with your dentist before using our kit to ensure it is a suitable product for you.

How long does it take to see results from using the Polished London LED kit?

Our fast-acting formula can mean lighter shades may be visible after just a few days, but for best results we recommend following the 14 day treatment plan. To maintain your whiter smile we also recommend daily use of the Ultra white toothpaste or whitening powder.
