Murad Hydrating Toner rebalances and re-hydrates the skin after cleansing to give you a soft and smooth complexion. Witch hazel also tightens your pores without drying to avoid congestion while chamomile and cucumber soothes irritation and softens your skin.
Tip: Apply your moisturiser while your skin is still damp from your toner so you will use a lot less and your moisturiser will work deeper into your skin.
