You need to apply SPF Sun Protection daily (if possible use every 2-3 hours) 


It is very important that you include sunscreen in your skin care routine every day of the year, but it is important even more during the summer season.


You can choose different types of sun protection, SPF30 or SPF 50.


Our recommendation is that you preferSPF50 over SPF30, since the difference is minimal and so it will ensure your skin is  fully protected at all time
