  1. People under 25 can use retinoids, especially if they are suffering from acne. It won’t damage their skin, in fact it will help a lot to get a better one.
  2. Vitamin A does not think the skin, this vitamin has antioxidant functions in the body and is essential for the health of the skin, as it contributes to its regeneration, so much so that it is also popular among skincare products with anti-aging properties.
  3. In the same skincare routine you can mix Niacinamide, Vitamin C and retinoids. It’s not mandatory to do it, but if it works for you, then you can keep doing it. 
  4. Micellar water can be used as a cleanser. I will recommend you to find you a gently cleanser that matches your skin type, but until then micellar water will work. 
  5.  Sunscreen is needed in winter, autumn, spring and summer. Even if it’s not a sunny day you will need to apply sunscreen in order to protect your skin. 
  6. Vitamin C can be used in AM or PM routines, people say to use it in the morning routine  because of the antioxidant properties.
  7. Retinoids are mostly used in PM routines, but it won’t happen anything if it works for you in your AM routine.
  8. If you clean your skin properly after make up it won’t block your skin pores.
  9. Every skin type needs to moisturize, even the oily ones.
  10. You can cleanse with the same cleanser twice for a double cleanse or you can use two different cleansers.
